Matt’s background is in client relations and business development. His current role at Lerch Bates includes engineering assessment and repair design on existing buildings as well as elevator consulting services. Listening to client needs and identifying scope of services is what Matt enjoys most about his work.   

When not at work, Matt is a volunteer on the advisory board of Anchor Center for Blind Children. Anchor specializes in teaching visually impaired infants, young children and their families, providing life skills in a nurturing environment.
