Mr. Ernest’s professional background as a licensed civil/structural engineer includes design, manufacturing, construction, and project finance in renewable energy, commercial, industrial, petrochemical, oil & gas, mining, and power generation markets. He has been a team member and leader in both large multi-discipline offices and smaller consulting firms.

Tim supports and encourages others by providing thought leadership, design expertise, planning, construction insight, and business development strategies. He has developed an innate passion for business development, meeting new people, and seeking opportunities to connect people and to help create a better built environment in the A/E/C community and in the world around us.
